To young to drive

Vanessa wants to get her learners but i'm so afraid of her driving, but she is the only one of her friends that doesn't have a license. I still think that 16 is just to young to be driving. I think that the age should be 18. but of course all the 16 year olds want cars. I know of 3 friends of Vanessa's that have already been in accidents and have had their own cars. One of her friends got a new car for her 16th birthday and had it for 4 months then got in an accident and totaled it, luckily she wasn't hurt, and then another friend of hers just got in an accident 3 weeks ago on the way to pick up Vanessa for school. and that was her 2nd accident in 4 months. I think she had her car for at least 4 months, she had her car a week and got in an accident. but they haven't been her fault and she wasn't hurt. so you can see why I think 16 is just to young to drive.
